'I have been involved with CDHT for about three and a half years now and find their overall treatment of residents is really excellent. Since the Chief Executive John Denny took over, the organisation has gone forward in leaps and bounds. The appointment system for repairs is very good and the workers keep to appointments. Resident involvement is excellent and we can go to choose our suppliers of kitchens doors bathrooms and all other new products. 'I enjoy being an inspector for the Trust because, as a resident of Lache, I like to see the area looking neat and tidy. The role of an inspector means I can let the Trust know when there are problems with litter, grass cutting and when trees and bushes need trimming.
