TrustWorks was formed in November 2000 on transfer of the City Council Housing stock to CDHT.  Some key facts about TrustWorks include;

• TrustWorks has its own state of the art business unit located in Chester

We have gone through much business change since 2000 to get to where we are today – delivering an excellent property management service to CDHT and other external private clients too.  Whilst we are true to our values in providing an authentic customer focussed maintenance service for ALL of our clients we realise that this has to be achieved through intelligent collaboration and true partnership working as well as providing a competitive service.

Any surplus funds that we produce goes straight back into homes and communities, this I feel gives us a an edge that most other construction related organisations just cant compete with.  We have developed our service to deliver around the needs and aspirations of the modern day customer not around what shareholders or venture capitalists demand.  We are also doing lots of innovative initiatives with other housing and construction organisations where we are passing on and sharing our skills and knowledge for the benefit of customers and housing in general.
Accountability to our customers is paramount, we don’t use lots of costly tenant liaison staff that don’t produce anything of real value why should we when our trade operatives and supervisors are the best form of TLO that a customer can have.  In adopting quality multi skilling across the board this means that most customers see one operative or team for the duration of the job, no streams of sub contractors coming and going as and when and the job getting done quicker and better than most.
