• Continuous improvement - Telecare Services Association 2009 Code of Practice Premium Accredited Member. Chester & District Housing Trust also hold the ‘Investors In People’ award.
• Involving service users in developing local sheltered communities into vibrant, thriving places to enjoy their retirement.
• Developing new services for the future that will benefit our service users health.
