You can access any of the services we provide via our 24 hour Freephone line 0808 100 7701 or local number 01244 305503 between 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday. For your convenience, this line is manned by a dedicated Customer Services and Repairs teams to assist with your enquiry.
Should you need to contact us in an emergency outside of these hours, our Freephone service will provide direct access to our Emergency Repairs team who will be pleased to assist.
A Minicom service is also available on 01244 305500 for our customers who have hearing difficulties.
