John Denny - Chief Executive John is responsible for directing the Trust to provide an excellent standard of service to our many customers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders, providing a strategic direction into the Board. Phil Jones - Director of Property Services Phil is responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of TrustWorks, the Trust’s In-House maintenance team. TrustWorks carries out the majority of all repairs & maintenance and investment works on behalf of CDHT including, Responsive & Void repairs, Decent Homes work such as new kitchens and bathrooms, grounds maintenance and caretaking and cleaning. Paul J Knight - Director of Neighbourhoods & Regeneration Paul is responsible for our Customer Access and Housing Options services, delivery of Housing Management to our neighbourhoods, Care and Support services to our elderly and vulnerable customers in addition to our Development Programme and Regeneration initiatives. Paul Knight - Assistant Director of Performance & Income Working with residents and Managers to develop the Performance and Quality of services within the Trust. Paul Skelland - Assistant Director of Information Systems Paul is responsible for managing the operation of all IS and IT systems for the Trust, dealing with technical partnerships with 3rd parties, to help provide a robust and secure ICT infrastructure and to help maintain the integrity and reliability of the entire infrastructure. David Wrigley - Assistant Director of Property Services As the Assistant Director with Trustworks David has the personal challenge of dealing with the issues that the team will face concerning all areas of repairs, maintenance, improvements and grounds maintenance in the future further enhancing and building on the efforts of the directorate over recent times. David Soothill - Assistant Director of Asset Management & Regeneration Dave is responsible for the Trust's Development Programme and Regeneration initiatives. He is also responsible for Asset Management within CDHT ensuring continuing investment in the existing housing stock.

Fran Taberner - Assistant Director of Telecare Health Fran manages ChesterCare. Her Telehealth team are responsible for the 24 hour TeleCare response centre, monitoring vulnerable clients by installing TeleCare alarms and sensors. ChesterCare is also working in partnership with health professionals, enabling patients who have long term conditions to monitor their vital signs by using Telehealth equipment. Julia Nundy - Assistant Director Housing and Support Julia manages the Community Housing officers, the Housing Support , Resident Involvement and the Anti-Social Behaviour teams and the Area Offices. The teams work with residents to encourage them to get involved , to deal with any breaches of tenancy, to support them and to improve the quality of life for communities and individuals with which we work. Paul Finch - Assistant Director for Major Works and New Business
Paul delivers all planned works streams including kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, electrical rewires, cyclical painting, pre-paint repairs and the installation of any medical adaptations including disabled showering facilities. Also responsible for the tendering and delivery of any external contracts, including Steve Biko kitchen refurbishment and Ellesmere Port and Neston voids contract. Paul has worked in many different capacities, and as a qualified building surveyor has found working at Chester and District Housing Trust a real breath of fresh air. |
