Methods of payment
The Trust provides a choice of accessible payment services to tenants.
The most convenient methods to make payments are by Direct Debit and allpay card. 
Save yourself time and money and pay by Direct Debit – no cheques to write, no cash to carry, no queuing, and security of payment with the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.
We offer a choice of Direct Debit payment dates to suit you - 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of every month.
You can either set up a direct debit over the phone, or by contacting the Rent Section on freephone number 0808 100 7701 or you can print off a direct debit form at the foot of this webpage and then send it to us at: -

In order to set up a direct debit over the phone the rent account must be in the same name as the bank account holder. If it is not, the payer must complete a direct debit form.
Once the bank account details have been taken, the payment amount and first payment date will be quoted to the payer and this will then be confirmed in writing within 3 days of the phone call or not later than 10 working days before the first payment.
Standing Order
If you want to make your payment by Standing Order, the details you will need are as follows
Trust’s Bank – Lloyds TSB Bank plc, 8 Foregate Street, Chester. Sort Code – 30-91-92. Account No – 02536337. Please ensure your bank quotes your payment reference when making payments.
Allpay Card
With an allpay card, payment can be made at any Post Office or outlet displaying the PayPoint sign. The Post Office will accept cash or cheques and PayPoint will accept cash. Tenants are advised to keep receipts safely in the wallet provided with the payment card.
You can even pay your rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the allpay automated telephone payment system. Simply call 0844 557 8321 with your allpay card details, and you can pay using your debit or credit card. The system has secure and authorised payment processing at its core and comes with the added reassurance of automatic connection to a customer service representative if unsuccessful.
In order to pay by allpay you will require a swipecard. To order a card either contact us on FREEPHONE 0808 100 7701 or e-mail us on allpay@cdht.org.
When ordering a card please quote your payment reference, name and address and also the address the card is to be sent to (if different from the address on your rent account.)
On the internet
Payment can also be made on the Internet using your Allpay card by going to https://www.allpayments.net/
By Phone
You can also pay by debit or credit card direct with the Trust over the telephone, or in person at Centurion House in Chester.
