See 'your' data

SeeMyData is Chester and District Housing Trust's new online information portal.  SeeMyData allows you securely login to your own account and view your tenancy information.  

With this facility you can view your current rent statement and history of transactions, the history of repairs on your property and you can also report a repair and track the status of your repair. Please be aware that the information displayed is a reflection of the information stored at the end of the previous day, so may be up to 24 hours out of date.

We realise that it is very important to keep your details secure, so to access this information you will need an account to be setup with a unique PIN number for security.

To arrange for a pin number please contact Customer Services on 0808 100 7701 or email servicefirst@cdht.org. Once you have registered, a letter will be sent out to your address confirming your account and PIN number.  When phoning or emailing  your request, please provide the following:

  • your name, 
  • address,
  • rent account number and 
  • your date of  birth.

This link will take you to a separate window where to you will need to enter a unique Account number and Pin Number
