The Chester Care team provides a frontline service for customers of Chester & District Housing Trust, as well as services for local businesses and private individual clients.
Our Telecare response Centre operates 24 hours a day, 365days a year, providing continuous services to our clients and handling emergencies and out of hour’s service requests.
We provide a Lone Working System to ensure the safety of our Officers.
Chester Care has not only maintained a very high standard of service and customer care in all aspects of its operation.
We have exciting plans to develop the quality and breadth of our services in the future.
